In 2013, a team of highly experienced professionals, with a relevant mix of knowledge and expertise, came together to create Connected Health Group Limited. As one of the leading home care providers in Northern Ireland and ROI, we provide effective and efficient high quality healthcare services in the home and in the community, thereby promoting prevention and decreasing the demand for costly hospitalisation.

Brian was born in Belfast, Northern Ireland and has worked in the UK, the US and lived in Hong Kong for eleven years.
Through his long established consultancy company, Corporate Direction Ltd, he is currently providing strategic advice to Governments, International organisations and companies on the challenges facing healthcare in general and specifically on the Connected Health opportunity.

Having established and grown businesses in the hospitality, construction and healthcare sectors, Douglas was an early advocate of the consolidation and professionalisation of the Domiciliary Care market and the integration of this service with both TeleCare and TeleHealth services.

Ryan is an innovator and solutions architect within the business services and talent space assisting clients to identify, map and solve challenges relating to sales & business development, commercialisation, recruitment, talent management, contingent workforce management, outsourcing & business transformation.

Bertie Notley

Bertie Notely


Bertie is a results driven, self motivated and resourceful business development professional with 15 years experience in varied sales environments with a proven ability to establish and develop effective high level relationships. His indepth knowledge of technology platforms and integration are invaluable to Connected Health.

Lorraine Corr

Company Director of Care

Lorraine Corr is Director of Care and is responsible for all aspects of operational delivery and excellence. Lorraine leads an exemplar team of Area Managers and Functional leads with an absolute and relentless focus on exemplary client care and commissioner relationships. Lorraine was a finalist in the national UK Homecare Awards, celebrated for her incredible journey from part time carer 10 years ago to the key role of Director of Care in the business today.

Julie Cordner

Director of People

As Director of People, Julie leads the People Focus function which encompasses the Recruitment, Marketing Communications, Nursing Agency and HR teams. People Focus aims to create great employee experiences, motivating and engaging our employees. Julie joined Connected Health as Director of Business Development & Projects in March 2017. She has been an instrumental part of the team securing contracts and opening new offices across Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and GB. Julie has over twenty years experience in marketing communications and recruitment. 

Theresa Morrison

Theresa Morrison

Director of Clinical Services & Training

Theresa is Clinical Director and oversees the Nursing Agency and the Connected Academy. She is a fully qualified nurse since 2010 and accredited healthcare trainer. Prior to joining the Connected Health Group, Theresa was a Unit Manager in a Private hospital in Australia and has completed her Masters in Interdisciplinary Dementia Studies.

Laura joined Connected Health in February 2020, she is an experienced Home Care Professional with over 10 years in the sector. Laura brings her wealth of experience and will be responsible for our continued growth and delivery of operational excellence throughout the Republic of Ireland.

Rachel comes from a clinical background, working as a physiotherapist in Service Development in both the private and public sector in London. She has recently come from an award-winning tech start up and secured million-pound investments for the development of technology to enhance musculoskeletal care.

Chief Technology Officer

John’s role within Connected Health includes leading the design, development, and test integration of innovative technology products and technology-assisted patient services, as well as travelling globally to establish international working relationships that foster healthcare innovation with the view to improve the lives of those most vulnerable. John has conceived, designed, and led the development of multiple proprietary products, the latest being the award-winning remote incontinence management system, branded as airCeption®.

Financial Controller

Liam joined Connected Health in November 2020. He is a highly skilled, performance driven Financial Controller with strong commercial background having previously worked with Aperture IVA and Titanic Belfast.  Liam will lead the Finance team across Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and GB as Connected Health continues to grow.

Director of Technology & Special Projects

Rebecca joined the company in 2016 and she oversees Connected Health’s IT and Telecomms as well as the Technology Enabled Care (TEC) Division. TEC includes a bespoke Living Lab developed to test technology products and services, and assess their suitability for use in the healthcare sector.

Chelsi has a wealth of experience spanning over 12 years in the Health and Social Care sector. She is extremely dedicated to providing an excellent delivery of care in an effective and efficient manner.  A British care award winner with sound knowledge in managing supported living and domiciliary care, developing outstanding CQC inspections across her career.

Paula Cahoon

 Operations Director

Paula joined Connected Health in February 2021. She is a highly skilled, Operations Director with over 20 years experience.  Paula has previously managed multi-million pound contracts across Ireland, NI and GB. She brings a wealth of knowledge and is developing and implementing processes that will allow Connected Health the opportunity to grow across all our jurisdictions.
