Local domiciliary care provider Connected Health is extending its Home Care service with a fleet of 10 branded Skoda Fabias. Headquartered on Boucher Road, the team of over 390 community-based Care Assistants visit Clients in their homes up to four times daily and help with their personal care and reablement.
The Skoda Fabia was chosen due to its excellent safety features and efficiencies, which are vital in helping the Carers use their travel time between appointments effectively and reduce their mileage and fuel expenditure.
The fleet of Skoda Fabia’s were successfully sourced by Andrew McCormick from McCormick Fleet Solutions. Andrew had consulted with our management team to understand the demands and needs of our clients before recommending a vehicle and fleet management service that will keep our carers Mobile.
Connected Health simply brings together a blend of technology and care. We provide effective and efficient high quality healthcare services in the home and in the community, thereby promoting prevention and decreasing the demand for costly hospitalisation. Enabling people to have a higher quality of life and remain in their own homes for longer.
Douglas Adams, CEO at Connected Health, commented: “We needed to mobilise our team of Carers quickly with a fleet of vehicles that were safe, reliable, cost-effective to maintain and an ideal fit with Connected Health’s brand image.”
