Connected Health are pleased to announce that we have been shortlisted at the Leaders in Care awards in association with radar healthcare, care home professional and homecare insights in a number of categories.
Business Initiative
This award recognises providers who have come up with creative ways to support staff and improve outcomes for individuals over the past year. Examples of award-winning business initiatives could include projects that tackle loneliness, ensure safe hospital discharge and support staff wellbeing.
Connected Health’s entry focused on our supporting the wellbeing of our staff through the access to the mental health awareness app ‘Informed Minds’ along with the training that our academy offers e.g. Suicide Awareness and Prevention, personal well being, dementia awareness and trauma awareness.
Home Care Provider of the Year
This award recognises the organisations that have led the pack in terms of providing outstanding care over the past 12 months, despite the many challenges they have faced.
Our entry for this award explained our journey over the past 10 years of growing our staff and clients and the different services we now provide including Live Connected and Connected Health 2.0.
The winners will be announced at a gala ceremony taking place on set to place at the National Conference Centre in Birmingham on Tuesday, 11 October.
