Meet The Team

Scott joined Connected Health as Non Exec Chair in July 2024. A Chartered Accountant by profession, Scott has spent his career in the commercial sector in finance, strategy, change management and leadership roles. For the last 20 years Scott has been either CEO or Chair of a number of Private Equity backed businesses, mostly in the Hospitality and Social Care Sectors across the UK.

Ryan is an innovator and solutions architect within the business services and talent space, assisting clients in identifying, mapping and solving challenges relating to sales & business development, commercialisation, recruitment, talent management, contingent workforce management, outsourcing, and business transformation.

Having established and grown businesses in the hospitality, construction and healthcare sectors, Douglas was an early advocate of consolidating and professionalising the Domiciliary Care market and integrating this service with Telecare and Telehealth services.

Marc joined as CFO in January 2024, a qualified accountant with 35 years of experience within healthcare ranging from elderly care, fostering, residential childcare and now domiciliary care. Marc has worked with a number of PE houses during his career and has a particular interest in business development and strategic growth.

Lorraine Corr is the Director of Care and is responsible for all operational delivery and excellence aspects. Lorraine leads an exemplary team of Area Managers and Functional leads with an absolute and relentless focus on exemplary client care and commissioner relationships. Lorraine was a finalist in the national UK Homecare Awards, celebrated for her incredible journey from part-time carer ten years ago to the key role of Director of Care in today’s business.

Julie leads, group brands across websites, social media, awards and PR. Julie also looks after fleet and offices.  She is Company Secretary for the Connected Health Group. Julie joined Connected Health in March 2017. She has been an instrumental part of the team in securing contracts and opening new offices across Ireland. Julie has over twenty years’ experience in marketing communications and recruitment. Julie was named in the Homecare Insight Hot List in 2023 as a leader in Homecare Innovation.

Rebecca joined Connected Health in 2016, and has played a pivotal role in shaping the organisation’s digital and technology strategy leading the IT and Technology Enabled Care (TEC) Division. In 2025, she was appointed Interim Managing Director – Republic of Ireland, while continuing as Director of Technology. Her cross-border leadership combines commercial vision with technical expertise, ensuring Connected Health remains at the forefront of delivering technology-enabled, person-centred care.

Ciara joined the business in 2025 and leads the financial operations of the group. A qualified Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience, she has worked across a range of sectors including elderly care, retail, wholesale, and now domiciliary care. Ciara brings a strong focus on business development, process improvement, and robust financial governance.

Shirley-Anne joined Connected Health in 2025 as Director of HR, bringing extensive leadership experience in the health and social care sector. She has a strong track record in strategic HR and has worked closely with regulatory bodies. Shirley-Anne also contributes to the sector through governance roles, including her current position as a Non-Executive Director for an independent charity.
