Connected Health Services

Raising the standards of healthcare by simply connecting the right people.

Connected Health 2.0

As one of the premier home care agencies across the entire island of Ireland, Connected Health 2.0 is a new private care offering for people across Ireland who are interested in lifestyle support, complementary healthcare or companionship services. Our ‘Configuration’ team work with you and, on request, your family to design a package of support which can range from personal care (support getting dressed, showering, etc.) to lifestyle services (such as shopping, appointment attendance, cleaning and social interactions) to more remote solutions co-ordinated by our team of Belfast and Dublin based Virtual Care Assistants ranging from camera installations, medication reminders, check in calls, etc.

In short we design a service with you at the centre.

Live Connected | Supported Living

We support adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism and/or Mental Health illnesses to live in their own homes. We simplify what can be a complicated process of moving towards independent living – which often comes after individuals have spent a significant amount of time in hospital.

We want each person we support to live in the least restrictive environment whilst continuing to be able to access on-going support with engagement of our full multi-disciplinary team.

Cecil’s Way | Empowering Young Lives

Cecil’s Way is an innovative and foward-thinking youth service aimed at offering a cost effective solution to the five Trusts in Northern Ireland to combat placement breakdown for young people in care.

We offer a range of services for young people including;

  • Residential Care
  • Outreach
  • Respite Care

Domiciliary Care

It is universally recognised that most people requiring care are happiest receiving it in the comfort and familiar surroundings of their own home. That is why home care now forms an essential and fundamental part of all health and social care strategy.

The quality of domiciliary care delivered to each of our clients is not only dependent upon what we do for them or how long we spend doing it but, most importantly, the way in which we deliver their care. We are dedicated to recognising each of those for whom we care as an individual and unique person, with needs and circumstances that are different and with an inalienable right of choice. We are sensitive to the fact that we are guests in the homes of those for whom we care and that we must always act in a way that respects them, their individuality, their privacy, their property and, most importantly, their dignity.

If you’re looking to hire a carer or want to simply find out more about our domiciliary care services in Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland, simply contact us and we will be happy to assist.
