As one of the premier homecare agencies across the entire island of Ireland, Connected Health 2.0 is a new private in-home care offering for people across Northern Ireland who are interested in lifestyle support, complementary healthcare or companionship services.
Our ‘Configuration’ team works with you and, on request, your family, to design a package of homecare support. Packages can range from personal care (support getting dressed, showering, etc.) to lifestyle services (such as shopping, appointment attendance, cleaning and social interactions) to more remote solutions coordinated by our team of Belfast and Dublin-based Virtual Care Assistants (from camera installations, to medication reminders, to check-in calls, etc.).

Connected TEC (Technology-Enabled Care) offers a range and blend of complementary technological healthcare solutions. Connexion provides a single, uniform, efficient service delivery platform under a single management layer. It is an ‘open/agnostic’ platform enabling interface with technology from all suppliers and health & social care agencies and providing support for delivering an end-to-end service capability, including installation, maintenance, decommissioning, cleansing and storage of equipment, training, monitoring and alert response. Connected TEC is the conduit for managing and developing strategic partnerships with technology suppliers, software developers, social enterprises, policy & advocacy organisations, academia and R&D providers.
